Bburago Loyalty Program


Welcome to the Bburago Loyalty Program, the best way to reward your purchases with many advantages! Thanks to every purchase and some special actions, you can climb the ranking of true collectors and receive rewards along the way. Program points are called Turbo Miles and allow you to redeem exclusive bonuses based on the levels reached: Rookie, Champion, and Legend.

Program Access

The program is available only to registered users. To participate and collect points, you must have a Bburago account and be logged in.

Every euro spent equals 1 Turbo Mile:

Program Levels

The program includes three loyalty levels representing your collector journey. Your level depends on the total number of points accumulated:

Level Point range Points multiplier
Rookie 0 – 999 1x (base)
Champion 1,000 – 2,999 1.25x (more points on every purchase compared to Rookie)
Legend 3,000 and above 1.5x (maximum points multiplier)

Points usage and level retention

Accumulated points can be spent to redeem rewards, but your level does not change. For example, if you have 1,200 points and are at Champion level, and you decide to spend 1,000 points to receive a bonus, your level remains Champion even if your remaining balance is 200.

In other words, you cannot drop to a lower level. At most, you may run out of points to spend and will need to accumulate new ones to enjoy the Program benefits.

Redemption / Points Redemption

Turbo Miles can be used to redeem rewards and product discounts, subject to certain rules:

  • The final product price cannot drop below €0.
  • The bonus cannot exceed the product price. Example: a €5 voucher can only be applied to products priced at least €6.
  • Points are spent to redeem bonuses, but the user level does not decrease.

Users can view their status, accumulated points, and redeemed bonuses directly in the "Account" section. All information is updated in real time.
